Shipping Policy
Since Studio82 only provide Digital PDF sewing pattern. So there is not transportation is included. All you have to do is provide your email address. The pattern and sewing instruction package will email to the customer as so as the purchase is finished.
Studio82 provide paper patterns too. So, If your purchased the paper pattern , it will mail to you via China Post as Printing Material. Worldwide! But it normally takes 14 days-30 days to ship. And Free shipping worldwide on all orders over USD $50.
Return & Exchange Policy
As digital products are not returnable once sent, I do not except returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please check the size charts in the product gallery before you buy. If you have any issues though, please send me message, I’ll do my best to help.
